Q.1 What payment options, ALANKARA offers to its customers?

ANS We offers payment options of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and  Cash on delivery (COD). 

Q.2 What shipping locations we covers/timeline?

ANS We will be shipping to all locations within India. Metros, non-metro cities and other parts of India. It will take 2-7 working days to ship depending on Location.

Q.3 What are our shipping charges?

ANS There will be free shipping on prepaid orders above Estimated total of Rs 1000 and in case of COD (Cash on delivery) orders and prepaid order less than Estimated total cost of  Rs 1000 fixed shipping charge of Rs 70 is applicable.

Q.4 Is there Returns & Exchange Possibility/Timeline?

ANS We offer Returns & Exchange to our customers for all our products. You need to email us on support@alankara.co.in within 48 hours of product delivery &share us the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to Return or Exchange, along with the reason for Return/Exchange. We will reply back to you with the  Return/Exchange process on your email within 48 hours.

Q.5 What are the criteria for Return/Exchange?

ANS 1) The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.

2) All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, pricetags and copy of invoice must be included.

3) In case of Exchange ,the desired exchange item must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

4) We are not responsible for any damaged packages or Packages lost in transit

Q.6 Who has to bear shipping charges in case of Return/Exchange and Timeline?

ANS The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your exchange request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned/exchanged item(s), in our wearhouse we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria. 

Q.7 How do we refund in case of Return/Exchange?

ANS We refund credit in the form of coupon code only, that will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used anytime during the six months period. Coupon code is a one time used code and cannot be applied again to any other order and it is nontransferable

Q.8 What happens in case of Missed Delivery?

ANS Our delivery agent attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, if  orders are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional shipping charges of  Rs250. All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the full payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.

Q.9 What happens when damaged product is received?

ANS Our products goes to 3 levels of quality check  before shipping out the products to customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the similar kind based on availability. Kindly email us at support@alankara.co.in to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 24 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 24 hours from the time you received your order.
