1) Amendments

You are encouraged to visit the Terms and Conditions each time you sign up/log in for our services and products to remain updated on the amendments, if any.

2) Online Account

Customers are required to sign in to www.alankara.co.in using your email id and generate password and keep your password confidential & safe. Order placed from your login ID will be considered and will be fulfilled accordingly.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of [www.alankara.co.in] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Site without our prior written consent,failing which suitable legal actions will be taken under the jurisdiction of Indore district.

4) Orders and Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

5) Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

6) Warranty/Care Tips

1) We are committed to providing you with high-quality products  with care and precision. This warranty covers issues such as damaged product received. we carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control.

2) If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of similar kind based on product availability. Kindly email us at support@alankara.co.in to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 24 hours from the time you receive your order and we will reply you with the next steps.

3) We will not entertain any information about damage received after 24 hours from the time you received your order.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

1) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

2) Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or abrasive substances.

3) Normal wear and tear of metal finishes and natural variations in stones.

4) Damage or alterations performed by third-party repair services.

7) Missed Delivery 

Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, if  orders are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional shipping charges of  Rs250. All orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.

 8) Disclaimer

While we aim to capture the finest details of our products through Digital photography, some intricate aspects may appear slightly different in person.

1) Please note that Colors in Product Images may appear slightly different due to digital photography & Individual Screen settings. We strive to represent our product as accurate as possible. However Variations may occur.
