1) Return & Exchange At [Alankara], we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options. 2)Process We offer returns to our customers for all our products. you need to email us on support@alankara.co.in within 48 hours of product delivery and share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return or exchange along with the reason for return or exchange. We will reply back to you with the return or exchange process on your email within 48 hours. 2) Return 2.1) Return Policy 1) All returns will be in the form of coupon code which will be valid for 6 months 2)In case of return cost of shipping charges and 2% payment gateway charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded as coupon code To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria: 1) The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition. 2) All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and pricetags, must be included. 3) Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your order invoice or receipt inside the package. 4) Our delivery partner will collect the order from your End 5) The Return cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer and remaining amount will be refunded as coupon code 6) Once we receive the returned item(s), in our wearhouse we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. 7)Refund will be in the form of coupon code with 6 months validity which is non Transferable 3)Exchange. 3.1 Exchange Policy 1) If the desired exchange item is of lesser value we will deduct additional Shipping charges incured during product exchange and item will be shipped once we received the exchange item(s) in our Warehouse. The remaining amount after deducting these charges could be refunded as a coupon code. 2) If the desired exchange item is of equal value you are required to pay additional shipping charges incured during product exchange in advanced and item will be shipped once we received the exchange item(s) in our Warehouse. 3) If the desired exchange item is of more value you are required to pay additional shipping charges and calculated difference charges incured in advanced and item will be shipped once we received the exchange item(s) in our Warehouse. 3.2 Criteria To be eligible for exchange, the item(s) must meet the following criteria: 1)The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition. 2)All original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and pricetags, must be included. 3) The desired exchange item must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference 4) Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and Include a copy of your order invoice or receipt inside the package. 5) Our delivery partner will collect the order from your End 6) Once we receive the exchanged item(s), in our wear house we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our exchange Policy. 4) Refund policy 1) Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. 2) The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used anytime within the 6 months period. 3) Coupon code is a one time used code and cannot be applied again to any other order. Coupon Code is non transferable. 4) You will be receiving your refund in the form coupon-code within 48 hours of return received at our warehouse. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. 5) In case of exchange we will shipped product choosen by you within 2 working days of product returned to our warehouse. If desired exchange item is of lesser value you will be receiving your coupon code equivalent to remaining balance amount. 5) Eligibility for refund All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 6) Non Eligibility of Refund for Return & Exchange
